About HERC
Administration
The Southern California HERC is located at the University of California San Diego and program administration is performed by UCSD staff. UCSD is responsible for the collection and deposit of annual membership fees and disbursement of such fees for necessary expenses of the Southern California HERC. UCSD will not derive any revenue from the Southern California HERC.
